Event description:
Join the National Association of Health Services Executives (NAHSE) and the Yale African American Affinity Group (YAAA) for a one hour discussion as we examine the impact of unconscious bias in the workplace. Attendees will learn about ways to recognize these biases and how to better manage it to create a more diverse, inclusive workplace. Refreshments will be served. We will also be raffling a prize sponsored by Wine Thief!
