Event description:

I Belong was a featured session during the spring of 2022 in partnership with the Yale Schwarzman Center. It is a space to discuss race and equality. Attendees will speak freely about their personal experiences and collaborate on action items focusing on ways work can assist and provide opportunities for advancement and leadership to individuals from underrepresented groups. Participants will explore how, although they each may be different on the surface, they share similar goals in the workplace.

Questions guiding this conversation:

1. What type of representation do you see in your departments or other departments?
2. How can workplaces ensure all voices are heard at the table?
