Being resilient is a set of learnable skills. It’s not something that we either have or do not have as human beings. A major part of what helps us to be more resilient are some of our best qualities already within us - particularly our strengths of gratitude, kindness, and hope.

As the business needs of our work environment change, it’s important to routinely assess and develop both the soft skills and the business and system skills to meet evolving department needs.
